How to use Crop PDF
Use MallowShare’s Crop PDF workspace when you need to work with a file directly in your browser. The steps below describe what to check before sharing or downloading the result.
- Select the PDF whose margins you want to adjust.
- Choose the visible crop region or supported margin setting.
- Download the PDF and ensure no important page content is clipped.
What to check before you download
Cropping changes the visible page bounds and does not necessarily remove hidden content.
Keep a copy of your source file until you have opened and checked the exported result.

Is cropped-away content deleted?
A crop operation may only change page boundaries. Do not use it to securely redact data.
