MALLOWSHARE PDF GUIDE
Digital signatures versus visible signatures
Understand electronic signatures, certificates and verification

A visible drawn name or stamp is not the same thing as a cryptographically verifiable digital signature. Digital signatures require a private key and certificate, and trusted or qualified signatures may require an approved identity and trust provider.
MallowShare can add a visible signature annotation with the basic PDF toolkit. It does not claim that a decorative signature proves identity, has legal qualification, or cannot be modified.
For legally sensitive or certified signing, choose an established provider, keep certificate keys under your control, and verify the signed document in a trusted PDF viewer.
