Edit, convert and download files with MallowShare

Open a file in the Edit & Convert Center from the homepage or an active sharing room. Supported operations run in your browser before you decide whether to download or share the result.

Available tools

Open the file center to find PDF tools, PDF annotation, photo editing, layered design, basic Word documents, spreadsheet cells, presentation slides, supported format conversion, and short video trims.

PDF editor and conversion

Use the annotation editor to write notes, highlight, and draw on existing PDF pages while preserving the original PDF content where supported. Other PDF organization actions may flatten pages as images, potentially losing selectable text, links, or form fields. A visual cover is not secure redaction, and a visible signature is not cryptographic signing.

Open files from other apps

Once installed, MallowShare may appear in supported system sharing menus. On compatible desktop browsers it may also be offered as an Open With app. Operating-system support varies. You can always use the Open file button inside the file center.

Download or share by QR

After editing, save the result to your device, share it in a temporary private room, or explicitly create a download QR for supported small files. A QR link temporarily stores an uploaded copy on the server, is accessible to anyone possessing the link, and expires after a short period.

Limitations

The built-in editors are lightweight tools. Advanced Office formatting, complex PDF forms and cryptographic signatures may not be preserved or supported. They do not replace complete desktop PDF or Office applications.
