How to share files with MallowShare
MallowShare is a temporary browser-based sharing room. One person starts a room, others join via QR or password, and each member downloads only the files they need.
Step 1: Create a temporary room
Visit the homepage and choose Quick Share or Create Room. Choose a sharing style and invite the people you want to reach.
Step 2: Invite others by QR
Invitees can scan a valid room QR and join without typing the password. Manual entry requires the room password. Keep QR invitations private because anyone with a valid invite can join.
Step 3: Select what to receive
Upload files from your phone or computer, share links or copied text, and receive specific files separately. ZIP packaging is optional.
Large-file transfer tips
Keep both devices connected, use a strong Wi‑Fi network, and keep the source tab open. Browser P2P transfers are sensitive to background suspension, network restrictions and upload limits. A relay may be required on some networks.
What happens after expiry?
Shared files become unavailable after their individual sharing window ends, or when their sender leaves. Files already saved on a recipient’s device remain available to that recipient.
