Share multiple files without forcing everyone to download a ZIP
Many file-sharing sites put an entire batch into one archive. That is inconvenient when a recipient wants only one picture or presentation. MallowShare keeps shared files visible as individual items in a temporary room and makes ZIP optional.
One upload, multiple choices
A sender can select several files at once. Files appear in the room with their names, sizes, and type. Each recipient decides which ones are needed rather than downloading and extracting everything.
Individual files and selected downloads
Use the file wall to download a single file, create a selection or use Pocket Picks for a private shortlist. Optional ZIP downloads remain useful when someone wants to preserve a collection in one archive, but are not mandatory.
Folders and different file types
A room can carry photos, PDFs, videos, audio and supported documents. Folder transfer support differs between browsers; preserving directory paths may require a ZIP fallback. Files are still constrained by recipient storage, connection availability and operating-system limits.
When a converter is appropriate
If the recipient needs images bundled into a PDF or a document converted to another format, the supported on-device converter can be used. Not every file type converts faithfully: scanned PDFs need OCR, and complex document layout may change. Converting a video to Word is not a meaningful operation.
Protecting the shared room
Invite participants using a valid temporary QR or a password. Remove access when the session is over. Never assume deletion of a room will delete copies already saved by recipients.
